The Jay Treaty Border Alliance ("JBTA") will hold the 2021 Washington, D.C. Fly-in on Tuesday, November 2 – Wednesday, November 3 to provide an opportunity for leaders of tribal governments and First Nations communities located on or near the United States – Canada border to advocate for support for the Jay Treaty Border Crossing Parity Act and discuss strategies for advocating for a right of entry into Canada following the passage of bill C-15, an Act respecting the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
Dates: November 2-3, 2021
Location: Virtual
Travel: As the fly-in is not able to occur in-person, participants no longer need to plan to travel.
