The Northern Tribal Border Alliance will travel to Washington, D.C. on July 10 – 11, 2019 to meet with congressional staff and agency officials to advance the Tribal Border Crossing Parity Act, to protect the inherent political, social, cultural, and commercial rights of members of First Nations communities and tribal governments to cross the United States-Canadian border without being required to prove they are “50 percent blood of the American Indian race.”
